  • Since chapatis are fresh & perishable, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once prepared.

  • In case of wrong or damaged delivery, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery at [Insert email / phone].

  • Eligible cases will be replaced with fresh chapatis at no extra cost.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
